Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

I had a cup of this last night while getting some Christmas decorations out. Fantastic.

1 cup of milk

2 tsp cocoa powder

2 tsp sugar

2 teaspoons water

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Heat the milk in a sauce pan with cinnamon over medium high heat until it just begins to steam. While the milk warms, mix the cocoa, sugar, water, and vanilla together in a cup. Add the heated milk to the cup and stir until combined and enjoy.
