Spinach and Edamame


This recipe is so simple, I feel kind of silly posting it, but Alex and I both liked it, and I've never made it before. We were having ginger steak for dinner, and the only vegetable we had was spinach, but I was bored with spinach by itself. I was trying to get creative and remembered that we have edamame in the freezer. I just sauteed the spinach and edamame together with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, just until the spinach wilts.
