Hiatus

You know what's crazy?  Having 2 babies 2 years apart.  Crazy!!!  I think I deserve a medal every time I manage to make dinner.  Even when it's cereal.  But yesterday I made a real dinner that everyone seemed to like, so here you go!


Pasta Primavera

1/2 box of thin spaghetti cooked and drained
1 package cherry tomatoes
2 cups raw spinach
1 bunch asparagus
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese

Heat olive oil over medium heat, add the garlic, tomatoes, spinach, and asparagus.  Sauté until the spinach is wilted. Remove from heat, add spaghetti to the pan, add lemon juice, toss to coat.  Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
