Small Victories

As promised, I made Alex French Dip Sandwiches for dinner last week.  A friend of mine gave me the recipe a few years ago.  I was washing dishes when Alex came back to the kitchen and told me "Just so you know, I could eat this everyday."  Big improvement from the usual conversation: Well, how is it?  "Tastes like chicken to me."
