Chicken Marsala


Definitely a favorite in our home. I credit this dish to convincing my husband that mushrooms aren’t so bad after all. It is simple, fast, delicious, and doesn’t require many ingredients. Perfect for a weeknight when the same old thing just won’t do. I also love to make it for special occasions. Do not feel guilty about purchasing wine just for this dish because Marsala wine is typically inexpensive, less than ten dollars, and you will definitely be making this again.
