Brown Bag

I struggle to come up with ideas of what to take to work for lunch.  There are so many requirements! Must be easily portable, still yummy after re-heated in the microwave, have a cooking / preparation time of less than 30 minutes, and (per my own preference) plant-based.  As you can imagine, I typically end up making the same couple of things over and over again: vegetable stir-fry, spaghetti with tomato sauce, salad and a veggie burger, and I usually bring a serving of fruit.  Needless to say I am bored with my current selections.  I search websites and blogs to try to come up with some new ideas but nothing stands out, hence my frustration.  With any luck (and some creativity) a new lunch recipe will grace Suzie's Kitchen soon.  Stand by for now.
