Work It Out
I just finished this At Home Circuit Workout
When I got to the last thing (FINALLY) I noticed that at the bottom it says:
Repeat x 1
.... and I laughed out loud.
I am pouring sweat. Sorry, no repeat this time. Maybe I'm a pansy... that's actually likely.
My coach is the picture of fitness...
After the circuit workout, I decided I hadn't had enough punishment and went for a 20 minute run... whew! Unfortunately I have to run solo, Luie adamantly refuses to run. Apparently puggles were only built for walking and sniffing.
