Frappuccino Smoothie

After coming home from the gym I'm not always in the mood to eat a meal.  That's where protein shakes come in.  This particular one is my new favorite, I'm sure you can guess why... Coffee!  Tastes like a yummy frappuccino with all the benefits of a protein shake.  I'll take it!  It's ready in a snap, so I can drink it during my morning commute.  If you are feeling fruity add a banana to the mix.

How about a pupuccino? 
1 cup soy milk
2 ice cubes
3 scoops chocolate soy protein powder
1 packet instant coffee ( I use Nescafe Taster's Choice)

Throw it in a blender, enjoy!
