Gumbo

Happy National Peanut Butter Day!  Luie was more than happy to celebrate with a little peanut butter in his chew toy this morning.  "Is it my birthday or something?!"  Tonight I tried another recipe from theppk.com, and it turned out great as always.  Love this website.  Alex saw what I was making, "...gumbo?  With no meat?  You know some Louisiana ghosts are going to put a curse on you.  Voodoo is no joke."  I added hot sauce.  We reached a compromise.  Here's the link: Okra Gumbo
